Banana Bread Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour

1 ½ cups of sugar

3-5 bananas (two cups-smoosh it a bit so that it can fit more)

3 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla

½ teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoon of baking soda

½ cups of vegetable oil

1 stick of butter (½ cup)

A pinch of cinnamon

1-2 cups of chopped walnuts (optional)

2 loaf pans

 

Steps:

  1. Beat eggs for 15 min. (its okay if there is foam)
  2. Add melted butter and vegetable oil to the eggs and beat for 15 min.
  3. Pour liquid mixture into a small bowl.
  4. Take the bowl you use to beat with and add flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda and stir
  5. Add liquid mixture on top of dry ingredients and beat for 10-15 minutes or until no lumps.
  6. Add smooshed bananas and vanilla and cinnamon and beat for 5-10 minutes or until no lumps. While preheating oven at 350 degrees.
  7. Butter or spray oil on loaf pans and pour the mixture in about two-thirds and make sure it is split evenly.
  8. Put into oven and back for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean :D
